SIISTI Millet flakes malt powder recipe | Healthy malt powder | Easy flakes malt powder

SIISTI millets flakes malt recipe -  Quantity: 200 grams
Ingredients:
SIISTI Ragi Flakes - 1 cupSIISTI Foxtail Millet Flakes - 1 cupSIISTI Kodo Millet Flakes - 1 cupSIISTI Pearl Millet Flakes - 1 cupSIISTI Barnyard Millet Flakes - 1 cupSIISTI Little Millet Flakes - 1 cupSIISTI Wheat Flakes - 1 cupSIISTI Sorghum Flakes - 1 cup
Instructions:
Dry roast all the millets for 5 - 8 mins in medium flame.Wait till it changes into crispy flakesAllow it to coolGrind as a fine powderIn a separate pan take 1 cup of chopped cashew nuts and dry roast till it changes into golden brownAdd millets flakes powder into roasted cashews and add a pinch of salt for taste and mix wellStore in a container.  





SIISTI Millet Flakes Bisi Bele Bath Recipe

Ideal Millet Flakes: Kodo, Little, Foxtail, Barnyard Flakes from SIISTI.Ingredients : (Serves 4)250 gms SIISTI Millet Flakes150 gms Toor Dal250 gms Chopped Vegetables (Beans, carrot, potatoes, green peas, capsicum)Oil, Mustard seeds, Cumin seeds, Hing (asafoetida),  Curry leaves, Chopped Onions, Tomatoes, Ginger Garlic paste, Tamarind pulp, Bisi Bele Bath powder, Salt, Chilli Powder, Jaggery, Coriander.Instructions :Pressure cook toor dal with 500ml water for 3 whistles.Pressure cook all chopped vegetables with 400ml water for 1 whistle.In a deep pan, heat 4-6 spoons of oilAdd mustard seeds, hing & amp; cumin seeds, curry leaves, onions, tomatoes, ginger-garlic paste and fry.Now add boiled vegetables, chilli powder, turmeric powder, bisi bele bath powder, salt, little jaggery and continue frying for a minute.In a separate bowl wash millets flakes thoroughly, drain immediately.Add tamarind pulp, cooked dal, drained millet flakes into the deep pan with 100ml water and continue to co…
